$I\'m not sure if this graffiti refers to Myanmar (Veng Vieng, Laos)$ $Yes, that\'s a guy swimming in the river. I hate to think what sort of crazy toxins he managed to ingest doing it. In fact there was a whole group of them plying the waters past the city. (Guilin, China)$ $For the regenners back home - yes it\'s our worst enemy in it\'s natural environment! (Chengdu, China)$ $Yes, they\'re juggling tables with their feet. (Chengdu, China)$ $Bing Shan, the mountain at centre with an ice deposit at it\'s summit. We got to the base of the mountain, perhaps over 4500m. (Songpan, China)$ $Now that\'s what you call a cucumber! Who needs steroids when you can do that with a vegetable naturally? (Xining, China)$ $I\'ll probably never be allowed to enter China again for this one, but a frequent sight in Yushu, troops marching up and down the streets. (Yushu, China)$

To all those who know me…

I eat my words... It appears that reality provides much more interesting stories than anything I could abstractly create! I still reiterate my plea not to reveal my identity, and my apology for sometimes being a little frank. But all I ask is that you enjoy the blog! Level of frustration at bureaucracy…

My lid blew a couple of weeks ago and is currently approaching the edge of the universe... But having met a couple of truckloads of overlander travellers whose travel plans have been thwarted by Chinese illogic (apparently, whilst visas were already acquired, China already has enough trucks), I feel considerably better. At least I got to see China!
